The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering Started in the year 1995, the department holds the pride of accreditation awarded by NBA for 3 years. This department boasts by well experienced and technically excelling faculty, to impart knowledge and skills to inculcate the professional responsibilities to play leadership role along their diverse career paths and develop capability to utilize engineering skills in industry, research centers, and national laboratories and entrepreneurship. The sincere effort of our faculty to motivate the students has produced remarkable achievements in Co-curricular and Extra-curricular activities.

The dedication of our Faculty and the keen interest exhibited by our students has produced a commendable academic record with university ranks every year. We hold a privilege that even before their graduation, 80 - 90% of the students are placed and the remaining immediately after their graduation.

The laboratory infrastructure of the department is excellent with state of art equipments and software related to the field of Engineering.

The role of a library is critical in making a knowledge society. So the department functions with a library with a collection of standard books for the faculty and students to refer and enhance their knowledge. The department Library collection also includes CDs in various subjects as per the academic syllabus.
