A National level Technical Symposium was Organized by SIGMA, Association of Computer Applications on !6th September 2009.

Infogeddon-2k9 is filled with various events like paper presentation, debugging, quiz, adzap, gaming and web designing. Around 80 colleges participated in this function. For the Paper presentation event we have received 170 papers and under the keen scrutinization of our expert committee 25 papers have been selected for display.

For paper presentation event the judges were Prof. T. Srinivasan, HOD/MCA, Rajalakshmi Engineering College and Prof. T. Sheela Kumar, HOD/IT, SSEC. For Adzap Event the judges were Mr. Ln. A. CONFERENCE
 
National Conference on “Business Intelligence” NCBI’08 was organized by Department of Computer Applications, SSEC in association with “The Hindu – Businessline” on 28th & 29th July 2008.
 
 
In the first day (28/07/08) the Paper presentation session was Chaired by Dr.V.Mahesh, Professor, Department of MCA, St. Mary’s School of Management, a unit of Sathyabama University

In the second day (29/07/08) Panel Discussion was conducted on the topic “Preparing Acamedics for a Business World”.
Finally the Valedictory Address was given by Dr.Sumanth Chakravarthy Raman, Advisor ,Life Sciences and Health Care, TCS.
